Fred Warner's phenomenal season continues. The star linebacker was the highest-graded player in the game, and has earned a 95.8 defensive grade over two weeks—the best of any NFL player during that span. Warner finished the game with seven tackles, two passes defensed, an interception, and two forced fumbles. His interception was the ninth of his career. Warner's 95.8 defensive grade against the Vikings was a career-high, and his 80.9 run defense grade led the team.

Deommodore Lenoir was the game's highest-graded defensive back, with an 85.8 coverage grade, second only to Warner's 94.2 mark. The cornerback allowed just two catches for eight yards on three targets and earned a game-high 85.7 tackling grade.

Defensive end Nick Bosa recorded five tackles and sacked Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold twice. He now has 55.5 career sacks and 12 games with two or more sacks.


While Bosa tied defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos for a team-high three pressures, defensive tackle Kevin Givens earned the highest pass-rushing grade of the game with an 80.5.

Deebo Samuel was the game's highest-graded offensive skill player (81.6), finishing with eight receptions for a team-leading 110 yards, marking his 14th career game with 100 or more receiving yards.

Tackle Trent Williams has posted at least an 80.5 overall grade in six of his last seven games, including last season's playoffs. He allowed four pressures on 45 pass-blocking snaps and was the 49ers' highest-graded run blocker (90.8). Tackle Colton McKivitz allowed a game-high six pressures, while rookie Dominick Puni allowed three. Puni earned the lowest overall grade among his offensive teammates.

Tight end George Kittle caught seven passes for 76 yards and a touchdown, bringing his career total to 38 touchdowns.

Running back Jordan Mason rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries. He has reached or surpassed 100 rushing yards in each of his two starts. Mason's 68.1 overall grade was among the five highest of the 49ers' offensive players.


Quarterback Brock Purdy earned a 61.2 overall grade, completing 28 of 36 passes (77.8 percent) for 319 yards and an interception. Sunday marked his sixth career game with 300 or more passing yards.

While fullback Kyle Juszczyk was among the lowest-graded 49ers offensive players of the game, he finished with a team-high 76.5 pass-blocking grade.
