The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 3 contest against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
Wide receiver Mike Evans missed his second straight practice while dealing with a hip issue that surfaced during the 49ers' Week 2 win over the Miami Dolphins. However, Evans was spotted running on a side field, and there does not appear to be significant concern about the injury.

While many of the players who rested Wednesday returned to practice, defensive end Nick Bosa was noticeably absent. The 49ers say he is dealing with a calf injury—a new development.
As expected, defensive end Romello Height missed practice again after undergoing hand surgery earlier this week. Wide receiver Demarcus Robinson and defensive tackle James Thompson Jr. also did not practice. Both are dealing with high-ankle sprains and are expected to miss time.
Below are Thursday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Cardinals, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
