Newly signed linebacker Eric Kendricks joined the 49ers on Wednesday, taking the field for practice in jersey No. 43. The team officially announced the veteran linebacker's addition shortly after head coach Kyle Shanahan's press conference, leaving no opportunity for reporters to ask about the roster move.
Meanwhile, linebacker Tatum Bethune continues to miss practice but was still spotted working on the side as he continues progressing through his injury recovery.
