The Steelers made Harvin a seventh-round draft pick out of Georgia Tech in 2021. Over his three NFL seasons, he averaged 43.7 yards per punt and 39.4 net yards, with 34.6 percent of his punts landing inside the 20-yard line, according to Pro Football Reference.
The Steelers released Harvin on February 12.
