SANTA CLARA — The 49ers anticipate wide receiver Ricky Pearsall’s stint on the sideline this summer will be a short one.Pearsall was placed on the active/physically unable to perform list when he reported to camp last week as he rounds back into shape from a hamstring injury. He is not expected to practice during the 49ers’ first three days of on-field work.But it appears he could be cleared for action when the 49ers return to practice after a day off on Saturday.“Ricky had a bad hamstring in OTAs,” 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said on Tuesday. “I mean, not real bad.
