Entering Week 16, the 49ers have several injury concerns and one player may not return for the rest of the year.Head coach Kyle Shanahan noted it's becoming more and more unlikely that left tackle Trent Williams will not play again in 2024."If he could get back to healthy, we'd play him, but it's not like that right now," Shanahan said, via David Bonilla of 49erswebzone.com.
