SEATTLE — Road victories have been in short supply for the 49ers over the years against Pete Carroll's Seattle Seahawks team. In fact, the 49ers' 31-13 win over the Seahawks on Thursday was the first time San Francisco has ever won in the Pacific Northwest in back-to-back seasons. The victory appeared to be in hand at halftime. In the third quarter, not so much.
