Moments after the 49ers lost 38-27 to the Chiefs, head coach Kyle Shanahan feared the worst with the injury to quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo."With Jimmy we're fearing ACL. We'll find out tomorrow. I haven't had a chance to talk to him yet. I feel for him," Shanahan told the media at Arrowhead Stadium.With the 49ers in the red zone, Garoppolo scrambled towards the sideline.
