I haven't watched any of his film, but those traits are interesting. He almost profiles as an edge.

Lance Zierlein's NFL.com scouting report:
Rangy former safety still in the infant stages of learning the off-ball linebacker spot. Dugger has a stretched-out frame with exceptional length and room to add more muscle throughout. He's inconsistent when it comes to diagnosing blocking schemes/play designs and needs significant work with block take-ons inside the box. He has the speed to run down wide-flowing backs and is an above-average wrap-and-finish tackler in space. The production and traits are intriguing, but Dugger needs more schooling and physical development before becoming an NFL linebacker.

He is officially my favourite new player. That is, as long as he accepts that his nickname starts with a "B". Otherwise I don't want to know him.
(seriously: good luck, lad!)

6'5 with a 7 foot wingspan ran a 4.6 flat.
Cant teach that apparently he can cover too.

Yeah, I'm curious if he's going to be some type of DE/OLB conversion project.
When I watched him and read about his safety background, it got me thinking, could he be a poor man's Fred Warner? I liked him as a prospect, only question really was the level of competition.

Raheem Morris is cooking up something with these players. We definitely are not going to be strictly a wide 9 team.

was exactly what i thought though i only saw the size and conversion from Safety. We all know Fred is a great leader and communicator... At least this is the type of pick that makes sense at this point in the draft.

I think he's going to be a Joker-type. Can play big nickel, come off the edge, rotate over to safety to disguise a DB blitzing. He might not get there right away, but the safety/LB history with that frame presents a lot of possibilities.

He's going to be cut, practice squad, or he better learn to line up 5 yards away from a guy and tackle a kick returner.

Is this a theme, considering the Height pick?

This dudes RAS is also off the charts. Draft for upside on a weak class is what I'm all about.
