PS development guy.
How many LB's do we usually keep? 4 or 5?
Warner, Greenlaw, Burks, Winters....

At his height and weight, I wonder if they will try him at SS. He has experience playing in the box and playing in coverage. Would give them a bigger SS than Huff when playing run teams.

Graham seems like a good ST candidate...at 6-2, 220 he could become a gunner. He could also play the safety-in-the-box. We all know Wilks loves to put a ton of pressure on opposing offenses.

We will be much more prepared for teams like Atlanta, or the Titans who we actually do play this year.

Man, I absolutely love who we targeted at LB this year. Graham was on my wish list and among the best fits for our team when I reviewed his tape. He is built just like the rest -- fast, flies to the ball, can hit, and can cover. Our system will allow a guy like this to just make plays. Excited to see if he can earn a job early on. Definitely felt he has the tools to make this roster.

5. Curtis Robinson is a guy I know they are high on since they kept him on IR and used one of their bring back spots on him.

Don't forget Marcelino Mcrary Ball too. Our LB room is filthy, don't know who we can sneak on our PS cause I love both our LB picks today too

Yes he looks like he fits right in with this defense. Will get to run around & make plays all over for sure!

We may have to trade a linebacker for a seventh round pick because we have too many good ones

As far as explosive, WOW, highlight reel plays highlight package (so not actual tape but highlights) , he's got the best one of the Niners draft class and I don't think it's close.
Especially destructive when blitzing, but he's a menace out there. One of the highest ceilings out of this Niners draft imo (along with Luter Jr)...to be fair it's at a position where Niners are loaded and where it's Dre Fred and 10% of snaps to whoever wins the SAM job. Also similar player to Dee Winters, but I think his safety background and MUCH better ability to get off blockers make him a little bit more nuanced in coverage and have higher ceiling. Dee is more of an inside backer with less than ideal size, whereas Graham is worse in run stopping but whose ceiling could actually be Fred Warner at Will LB

Like what I see from this kid on his highlights. Nice nose for the ball and ball carrier. Looks to be a good 7th round pick. I reserve the "great 7th round pick" label for Purdy.

This was the LB I had hoped they would take in the 5th. Pretty stoked they got him so late.
I like his speed and coverage ability.
