The 49ers don't need to lose games or use first-round draft picks on run stoppers. They simply needed these two guys that they invested in to build on what they showed last year. They proved they could do exactly what I showed in that Seattle clip. What the hell happened during the offseason?

Last year. Seeing Alfred Collins play with proper pad level and CJ West use his hands feels weird now after how bad both were and have been this year. Bothing guys fighting into the pressure key with their hips.

This year. Collins rising out his stance, sloppy feet never anchored in the grass; CJ West giving up his chest with bad hand placement; doesn't fight the pressure key with his hip and allows himself to get turned. Crazy drop off from both guys in one offseason.

It sickens me watching these players become a shell of themselves in one off season.... Fingers Crossed to them miraculously making a big improvement in the next few weeks...
