The San Francisco 49ers have released the list of inactive players for their Week 4 matchup against the Denver Broncos. These seven players will not suit up for the game.
Inactives:- LB Tatum Bethune
- DE Nick Bosa (knee, calf)
- OL Enrique Cruz
- RB Jordan James
- CB Ephesians Prysock
- QB Kurtis Rourke
- DT James Thompson Jr. (ankle)
Kurtis Rourke is designated as the emergency quarterback. He can enter the game only if both other quarterbacks are injured or disqualified.
Mike Evans and Dre Greenlaw are active
The biggest takeaway from this list is that wide receiver Mike Evans isn't on it. That means he is active. Evans has been dealing with a rib injury, was listed as questionable, and was considered a game-time decision. It looks like he will try to play.

Linebackers Dre Greenlaw (quadricep) and Jaden Dugger (shoulder), and defensive end Keion White (hamstring) were also listed as questionable. All three are active.
Recent 49ers designations and roster moves
On Friday, the 49ers ruled out three players: defensive linemen Nick Bosa, James Thompson Jr., and Mykel Williams. Williams isn't eligible to be activated from the physically unable to perform (PUP) list until after Week 4.
The 49ers made several roster moves on Saturday. The team promoted defensive tackle Sebastian Valdez from the practice squad to the active roster, creating room by waiving defensive tackle Viliami Fehoko Jr.
Additionally, the team elevated defensive end Matthew Judon and wide receiver Malik Turner from the practice squad.
