WR De'Zhaun Stribling (ankle, out)
De'Zhaun Stribling entered the blue medical tent toward the end of the first quarter. The 49ers announced that he is questionable to return due to an ankle injury.
Update: Stribling returned to the game but exited again in the second quarter. He had to be helped off the field after being unable to put pressure on his left ankle. Stribling then returned to the blue medical tent before being carted off the field and to the locker room. The 49ers later ruled him out.
