San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan spoke to reporters after Thursday night's 18-12 preseason win over the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium, providing three key injury updates from the game.
Rookie cornerback Ephesians Prysock, a fourth-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, exited in the first quarter and was eventually ruled out with a shoulder injury.
"Prysock went out with an AC sprain with his shoulder," Shanahan shared.
Tight end Brayden Willis also exited the game after suffering a concussion and was ruled out for the remainder of the night. Linebacker Jalen Graham was evaluated for a concussion but was cleared to return to the game.
"The spotter checked him, but he was all right," Shanahan said of Graham.
Those were the only injury updates from the 49ers' preseason finale.
Next, Shanahan and the team's decision-makers will turn their attention to trimming the roster to 53 players. The 49ers must finalize their initial 53-man roster by Sunday at 3 p.m. PT.
After that, the 49ers will shift their focus to the regular season. San Francisco will travel to Melbourne, Australia, to face the Los Angeles Rams in Week 1.
