Williams' most productive statistical season came in 2024, when he recorded 75 receptions for 904 yards and 11 touchdowns. He also added seven carries for 101 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown, while completing two passes for 62 yards and a touchdown. That performance earned him first-team All-ACC honors.
