Injury Notes
The same three players who sat out previous practices this week remained sidelined on Friday: defensive end Sam Okuayinonu and linebackers Tatum Bethune and Nick Martin. All three have been ruled out.
Additionally, linebacker Eric Kendricks—currently on the practice squad and therefore not listed on injury reports—was not spotted during the portion of practice open to the media. He has been dealing with a calf issue this week.
Running back Christian McCaffrey was a full practice participant after being limited by an illness on Thursday. He has been cleared to play on Sunday. Fullback Kyle Juszczyk, who suffered a rib fracture against the Cleveland Browns, has also been cleared to play.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan announced that defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos and quarterback Kurtis Rourke, who had their practice windows opened this week, will not be activated ahead of the Titans game.
Below are Friday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Titans, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
