Every member of the 49ers' active roster participated in practice—a significant milestone for a team that has battled injuries throughout the season.
On Wednesday, wide receiver Ricky Pearsall returned to the field for the first time since suffering a knee injury in Week 4. Quarterback Brock Purdy's workload has also been ramping up as he works his way back to returning from the turf-toe injury he initially sustained in the season opener.
Purdy was a full practice participant on Thursday, and head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed that Purdy and Pearsall will play in this weekend's game.

Running back Christian McCaffrey and tackle Trent Williams, who received rest days on Wednesday, were back at practice.
During his weekly interview on Bay Area radio station KNBR, general manager John Lynch discussed the 49ers' improving health and the positive momentum heading into the stretch run.
"It's been a tough year for us, but I do feel like we're starting to get healthier," Lynch said. "The last couple of weeks, we've come out of the games in good fashion. Hopefully, we're getting a little bit of a handle on that, and we can keep that trend going."
