Taylor (6-2, 217) played in 13 games, including one start, during the 2024 season. He rushed for 183 yards and a touchdown on 39 carries, averaging an impressive 4.7 yards per attempt. Taylor joined the 49ers on a one-year deal on April 8, 2024, adding depth to their backfield.
Taylor entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent, signing with the Green Bay Packers on April 29, 2020. While he did not see action during his rookie season, he has since accumulated 444 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 104 carries across four NFL seasons.
A 25-year-old native of Humble, Texas, Taylor played collegiately at the University of Memphis (2014-16).
