"Myles, as you guys have heard me say, is a huge part of our organization, a really good person," general manager Andrew Berry said at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, via Cam Inman of Bay Area News Group. "He's an awesome player. I understand the trade request and everything, but our stance really has not changed. We can't imagine a situation where not having Myles as a part of the organization is best for the Browns."
While the San Francisco 49ers would undoubtedly be intrigued by the idea of pairing Garrett with Nick Bosa, the cost of acquiring him would be steep—assuming the Browns are even willing to entertain offers.
Bosa brother reunion?
One potential pass-rushing duo that could be more realistic is uniting Nick Bosa with his brother, Joey Bosa. Joey's future with the Los Angeles Chargers remains uncertain, but Chargers general manager Joe Hortiz emphasized his desire to keep the veteran edge rusher in Los Angeles.
"I know he wants to retire a Charger," Hortiz told ESPN. "I'd love for him to retire a Charger. I love Joey—the teammate, the competitor."
That goal may be financially challenging. Joey Bosa will count $36.5 million against the salary cap in 2025, and releasing him would free up $25.4 million in cap space.
Meanwhile, the Bosa brothers' mother, Cheryl Bosa, has publicly advocated for a reunion in the Bay Area.
When asked in June 2024 about the possibility of playing alongside his younger brother, Joey Bosa admitted, "It'd be cool at some point."
