WR Jauan Jennings (ankle, questionable)
On a third-down catch in the third quarter, Jauan Jennings appeared to re-aggravate the ankle injury that sidelined him during part of training camp. He was examined in the blue medical tent before the 49ers announced that the wide receiver is questionable to return.
Update: Jennings returned to the game in the third quarter.
G Aaron Banks (calf, questionable)
