SANTA CLARA — Mac Jones, who has started six games in place of 49ers starting quarterback Brock Purdy, spoke to the media on Thursday.That serves as an indication Jones could be in line for another start on Sunday when the 49ers face the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium.But Purdy is doing more in practice this week as he still aims to play this week.
