SANTA CLARA — Christian McCaffrey “got by with a little help from his friends” in the 49ers’ 20-10 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Night Football. Tight end George Kittle’s return to the offensive lineup helped the McCaffrey notch his first 100-yard rushing game of the season and 201 total scrimmage yards. But McCaffrey’s game-sealing touchdown run in the fourth quarter took more than Kittle, by those who helped the running back cross the goal line.With a little more than two minutes left in the game, the 49ers drove down the field, four yards away from the end zone.
