INDIANAPOLIS - Another week, another heartbreaker. On Sunday, the 49ers sustained yet another agonizing loss, the latest version being a 26-23 overtime defeat to the Colts on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium. The 49ers have now lost their past four games by a combined 11 points and have dropped to 0-5 for the first time since 2010. On Sunday, they lost in overtime for the second straight week on a 51-yard field goal by Adam Vinatieri with 1:38 left in the extra session. The kick meant the 49ers' improbable late-game heroics went for naught. With 10 minutes left, the 49ers trailed 23-9 and hadn't scored a touchdown in a span of seven-plus quarters dating to Sept. 21.
