Report: 49ers expected to fire Chip Kelly and Trent Baalke

The 49ers' disastrous season will evidently lead to seismic changes: CEO Jed York is expected to fire head coach Chip Kelly and general manager Trent Baalke with the 49ers carrying a 2-13 record into Sunday's season finale against Seattle, ESPN first reported. Since 2011, his first official season as their general manager, just one of his 61 draft picks (outside linebacker Aldon Smith) has been voted to a Pro Bowl. Since 2013, he used seven picks - five in the first four rounds -- on players rehabilitating from serious knee injuries.
